The authors of the article propose new conceptual foundations for the organization of a network fusion of customized production of automobile vehicles based on”microfactories”,”automobile ateliers”, and service centers. At the same time, a key role is assigned to the head center for digital car design. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to move from the export-raw material model of the Russian economy to a neo-industrial one based on the widespread use of digital industrial technologies. Attention is paid to the third and fourth industrial revolutions with an emphasis on electric transport as the most environmentally friendly mode of transport, which at this stage is a priority task for the development of the automotive industry. The article analyzes new challenges of deglobalization and decarbonization of the global economy for the automotive industry. The topic of digitalization for the automotive industry is certainly relevant, as it is one of the most innovative industries. Examples of the introduction of end-to-end digital technologies, digital twins and other programs in the production process at automotive enterprises are considered. Attention is drawn to the premiere of the new Russian electric car “KAMA-1”, created by specialists of the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University with the support of PJSC “KAMAZ”. Conclusions are drawn about the possible implementation of the project for the development of fusion customized production in the real sector of the economy and possible participants are indicated.

The study provides an assessment of the state and prospects of sustainable agriculture in a large industrial region, which is the Sverdlovsk region, as the basis for its sustainable development in the new economic realities generated by the global pandemic of 2020 associated with the threats of COVID-19. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the sustainable development of agriculture in the region in the new conditions is provided by the accumulated economic potential in the conditions of the coronacrisis contradictions trigger. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive assessment of the real potential and level of food supply in the Sverdlovsk region, which is provided by agricultural producers, based on the analysis of their numerical composition, geographical location and the allocation of the structural orientation of their activities, the dynamics of its development in the context of new strategic challenges. An economic and statistical study of the agricultural sector of the economy of a large industrial region, the Sverdlovsk region, was conducted. To ensure representativeness, 143 agricultural producers were studied and the existing enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region were grouped as of 01.09.2020.

The article defines characteristics of the state at all levels of education — preschool, school, primary, secondary and tertiary education in regions of Russia with the purpose of determining imbalances of these levels and the possibility of creating a proportional to a unified educational space on the territory of the Russia. The basis for creating such a space is federal projects that are aimed at implementing the national project «Education» and in the future will contribute to the further formation of a competitive national economy of a new generation — knowledge-intensive. The main research method was a comparative analysis of specific indicators, and the information base was the data of the annual state statistical reports for the regions of the Russia. The identified irregularity and disproportionate development of the levels of education allow to formulate the strategic goals, performance standards, and plans of specific measures to increase proportionality and reduce the uneven development of the educational environment in the regions of Russia.
