On the implementation of switched capacitor circuits in gate arrays

Abstract

This paper presents results concerning the implementation of switched capacitor (SC) f i l t e r s with weakly nonlinear capacitors. I t i s shown that low distortion transistor-only SC f i l t e r s can be realized employing NOSFET gate structures biased i n accumulation or strong inversion to implement the capacitors. As a consequence, mixed analogldigital circuits can be f u l l y integrated using CNOS gate arrays.
