Abstract:In this paper, the applicability of the heat exchangers for the heat recovery and energy saving purposes in spray dryers by utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is investigated. For this purpose, two different tube-finned heat exchangers with the elliptical holes are added to the equipment.
