Investigations are made of the agitation influence of the surface morphology, the structure, and magnetic properties of electroless NiFe magnetic thin films deposited on a plastic substrate. The magnetic films obtained with agitation are built up from smaller‐sized grains, have higher coercive force, and obtain oriented structure at greater thickness. Those data clear up why agitation is not recommended for deposition of magnetic films for memory elements.
