On the event coordination in multi-component systems

Abstract: In this paper we highlight some issues on the event consistencyinmulti-componentsystemsandthecoordination activities necessary to maintain it. We point out that the generation of events of a component should change with respect to its usage context but the burden of the coordination which maintains such a consistency is entrusted to the developer's cleverness because existing tools do not offer adequate solutions.
