On the Development of Ratio Type Estimators Using Auxiliary Information

Abstract: The paper produces some new modified forms of the ratio estimators using the auxiliary information. The large sample properties, that is, the bias and mean squared error up to the first order of approximation are determined. The comparison is made with other existing estimators by using an applied data.
