Abstract:Electrical conductivity data of copper phthalocyanine films in the NOx ambient are examinated using the equations σ = σ0 exp (‐ Et/kT) and σ = A exp (‐ B/T1/4). In both cases straight lines with high correlation coefficient values and linear dependences between lg σ0 Et as well as lg A and B (compensation rules) are obtained. The origin of the compensation effect is discussed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
