On the Compensation Behaviour of Copper Phthalocyanine Films in NOx Ambient

Abstract: Electrical conductivity data of copper phthalocyanine films in the NOx ambient are examinated using the equations σ = σ0 exp (‐ Et/kT) and σ = A exp (‐ B/T1/4). In both cases straight lines with high correlation coefficient values and linear dependences between lg σ0 Et as well as lg A and B (compensation rules) are obtained. The origin of the compensation effect is discussed.
