Abstract:Orthogonal frequency division multiplexed (OFDM) signals have high peakto-average power ratio (PAPR) which results in excessive nonlinear distortion when amplified by power amplifiers (PA) and hence, reduction in system signal-to-noise (SNR) and spectral efficiency.
