On the adjustment of the weights of the Levenshtein distance for the description of sequences of rhythmic motor primitives

Abstract: Recently, some modifications of the approximate period problem was considered as models for the investigation of sequences of rhythmic motor primitives. Some weighted Levenshtein distance is needed for such models. To obtain efficient models we need to find a proper adjustment of the weights of the Levenshtein distance. In this paper, we consider an approach to proper adjustment of the weights.
