AN adult female rabbit weighing 2600 grms. died of acute aniline poisoning. On opening the abdomen 'after death five more or less mummified fetuses were found in the peritoneal cavity. The position and size of the masses are shown in the accompanying photograph. They lay roughly transversely across the middle of the abdomen, and, taken in order from left to right,, weighed 21, 20, 25, 22, and 37 grms. after the whole animal had lain for five weeks in 10 per cent. formalin.
