On-Line Sequential Chemiluminescence Detection of the Chemotherapy Crizotinib With Luminol-Potassium Ferricyanide/Silver Nanoparticles System in Pharmaceutical Preparations and Human Serum
Abstract:Our study introduced an on-line sequential injection chemiluminescence analysis approach based on luminol-potassium ferricyanide/silver nanoparticles system for crizotinib detection. All experimental conditions were optimized and the developed method displayed a linear relationship over the concentration range of 0.01 -500 g mL -1 , (r = 0.999), with quantification/detection limit ratio = 0.01/0.003 g mL -1 .
