On‐line Quality Control of Coated Glass. On‐line Qualitätskontrolle von beschichtetem Glas

Abstract: Eigenschaften von optischen Schichten, wie z. B. Wärmedämm‐ oder Sonnenschutzschichten, können in der Glasindustrie durch die Messung von Transmission, Reflexion und Flächenwiderstand beschrieben und kontrolliert werden. Verschiedene in situ Transmissionsmessstellen erlauben eine schnelle Rückkopplung zu den einzelnen Beschichtungsprozessen (Schichtdicke und ‐gleichmäßigkeit).
