On Emergence: A Neo-Psychoanalytic Essay on Change and Science

Abstract: The neo-psychoanalytic paradigm re-establishes the connection between psychodynamics and evolution. This allows us to transcend the limitations of dualistic metapsychology, and to make seminal contributions to traditional science.
