Abstract: Let us proceed from stochastic wave equation of electric Under random unsteadiness of medium with weak spatial dispersion, on the basis of Dyson equation in Bourret approximation, dispersion relation is obtained connecting frequency and wave constant of electromagnetic radiation coherent wave with characteristic parameters of turbulent medium.
