Abstract: Glucocorticoid deficiency can lead to hypoglycemia, hypotension, and electrolyte disorders. Acute glucocorticoid deficiency under stress is very dangerous. Here, we present a case study of an elderly patient diagnosed with Sheehan's syndrome, manifesting secondary adrenal insufficiency and secondary hypothyroidism, managed with daily prednisone and levothyroxine therapy.
