Old Penetrating Orbito-Infratemporal Wooden Foreign Body – “An Escape”

Abstract: We report an interesting case of a foreign body lodged in right orbit and infratemporal fossa, which presented with a discharging sinus in the right infraorbital region. The patient gave history of history of road traffic accident six months back with facial trauma and penetrating injury with a wooden stick in infraorbital area.
