Okuma Sürecinde Dil Temelli Becerilerin Önemi: Dil – Okuma İlişkisine Yönelik Bulgular

Abstract: Öz Okuma, tüm çocukların okul yaşantılarının ilk yıllarında kazanmaları beklenen ve birçok dilsel ve bilişsel becerinin eş zamanlı kullanımını gerektiren çok karmaşık bir görevdir. “…It is considered that the activities designed in line with the achievements in the OLSEP support the children's skills of vocabulary, oral language skills, direction of writing, following the lines, concentrating when following, as a result of which it contributes the development of rapid naming skills in the study group and is permanent. It was stated that, in order for the process of reading, which has an important role in the life of an individual, to be successful, the reader should have an adequate and sound development of language, one of the language-based skills forming the reading process is oral language skills; the foundations of the language-based skills are laid and rapidly shaped in early childhood, which is a preparatory process for successful reading (Güldenoğlu, Kargın & Ergül, 2016;Güldenoğlu et al, 2019). In terms of the effect of the language development in the early childhood on rapid naming and reading, the detection of rapid naming skill in the preschool age is critical and necessary for planning studies into the reasons of the difficulties in reading and programs for early intervention in them (Demirtaş & Ergül, 2019).…”
