ÖzAnahtar Kelimeler Bu araştırmada, öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik inançları ve iş doyumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin meta analiz yöntemi ile incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik inançları ve iş doyumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri inceleyen çalışmaların etki büyüklükleri arasında moderatör değişkenlere göre anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. 2000-2018 yıllarında öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik inançları ve iş doyumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyen, örneklem sayısı ve korelasyon katsayısı (ya da t değeri) verilerini içeren çalışmalar araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamındaki çalışmalara, YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi, Google Akademik ve Proquest veri tabanları taranarak ulaşılmıştır. Alan yazın taraması sonucunda araştırmanın seçim kriterlerine uygun 35 çalışma meta analize dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırmada etki büyüklüğü değerlerinin hesaplanmasında "Fisher z" değeri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamındaki çalışmaların etki yönü ve genel etki büyüklüğü rastgele etkiler modeline göre hesaplanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik inançları ve iş doyumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin genel etki büyüklüğünün pozitif ve orta düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik inançları ve iş doyumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri inceleyen çalışmaların etki büyüklükleri arasında moderatör değişkenlere (çalışmanın yapıldığı yıla, yere, okul türüne ve çalışmalarda kullanılan ölçeklerin türüne) göre anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. The aim of this research was to analyze the measurement invariance of the "Teachers' Sense of Self-Efficacy Scale," developed by Tschannen-Moran and Hoy, and adapted into Turkish and Turkish culture by Çapa, Çakıroğlu and Sarıkaya, with respect to gender. Turkish version of the scale consists of 24 items and 3 subscales. The scale measures pre-service teachers' and teachers' sense of and belief in self-efficacy for student engagement, classroom management and instructional strategies. Research revealed that the scale is being used by a myriad of researchers. The sample of this study consists of 267 female, 163 male pre-service teachers who participated in the Pedagogical Formation Certificate Traning at Inönü University in the 2017-2018 academic years. First of all, CFA was executed in order to confirm the validity of the scale's current structure for both genders which was confirmed based on the analysis results. Then, MGCFA was executed to analyze the scale's measurement invariance in terms of gender. The results of the MGCFA indicated that the scale has the measurement invariance with respect to gender at each of the stages of strict, metric, scalar and configural invariance.

In this study, it was aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction of teachers Turkish teaching as a foreign language. The mixed methods study was used by collecting quantitative and qualitative data from teachers. The study was conducted with 150 Turkish teachers working in different countries. Interviews were conducted with 12 participants selected from the sample. Participants voluntarily participated in the study. Job satisfaction scale, general self-efficacy scale, and interview guide were used to collect data. In the study, they have used scales with high validity and reliability and an interview guide prepared by the researcher. Data has been collected online. In the analysis of the data, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 package program. Content analysis was used for qualitative data. According to the results, it was determined that there were significant differences according to the variables of gender, age, place of work, and professional seniority. Positive and significant relationships were found between teachers’ self-efficacy perceptions and job satisfaction, and it was determined that self-efficacy predicted job satisfaction. It was determined that general self-efficacy and job satisfaction have an important effect on solving problems in professional life. The results of the research are expected to guide the professional life of language teachers.
