Abstract:Higher manganese silicides (denoted as MnSiγ) are a prominent class of intermetallic compound for thermoelectric applications that crystallizes into a Nowotny Chimney Ladder (NCL) phase and constitutes a higher concentration of silicon with odd stoichiometry, typically represented by an irrational number.
