Oculoand Retinotoxicity of Antitumor Drugs Based on Alkylating Agents

Abstract: The positive result of chemotherapy for cancer is an increase of the duration of remission and the life of treated patients. However against this background negative secondary effects of chemotherapy began to appear as well. These effects reduce the quality of life of treated patients.
