Ocular Fundus Reflectometry

Abstract: A qualitative method for observation of the light reflected at the fundus was developed by Helmhotz in 1851. However, there was need for quantitative assessment and with the introduction of microprocessors, it was possible to measure spatial and spectral distribution of reflectance.
