Octopus around heart: A Case Report

Abstract: Left main coronary aneurysm is extremely rare entity under umbrella of atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. Epidemiological and clinical data are lacking to guide management strategy. The case described here is of 72 years old male who presented with SIHD (stable ischemic heart disease). Coronary angiography revealed coronary artery aneurysm involving left main.
