Ochronotic Arthropathy: Degenerative and Complex Tear of Black Meniscus

Abstract: In this report, a case of a black meniscus with underlying ochronosis is described. Further analysis by laboratory findings showed that the patient had underlying alkaptonuria, which was previously undiagnosed.
