Occurrence of Foodborne Bacteria with Outbreak Potentials and Fungi Associated with Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) in Postharvest

Abstract: The high-water content of tomato predisposes it to spoilage by bacteria and fungi that can pose significant health threats to consumers.
