Occupational Safety and Health Behaviour of The Cleanliness Service Workers in Medan

Abstract: Human factor occupies a very important position against the occurrence of work accidents that is between 80-85%. Health Safety and Environment Accident Prevention Unit said that 90% of the accidents were caused by human errors and 70% of them can be prevented.
