Este artículo de revisión describe la Ergonomía como la ciencia de prevención desde un enfoque integrador. Se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en bases de datos como Scopus y Web of Science. Antecedentes históricos, evidencian una consideración formal de las interacciones entre el ser humano y su entorno laboral. Con el avance de la sociedad, la Ergonomía fue transformando su enfoque hasta convertirse en la ciencia que aplica el conocimiento científico de las capacidades y limitaciones humanas al diseño de productos, sistemas y entornos para alcanzar el bienestar laboral. Se presenta una descripción de definiciones, antecedentes función e importancia de esta ciencia. Se describen métodos y modelos de ergonomía ambiental. Se esboza el papel de la Ergonomía ante problemas que enfrenta la sociedad moderna. En síntesis, la Ergonomía es una disciplina al servicio de la gestión que busca el bienestar laboral sin discriminar la profesión, es transversal a todo ejercicio profesional. PALABRAS CLAVE: Bienestar, Capital humano, Importancia, Productividad laboral, Satisfacción laboral.

The evolution of the vehicle industry, as well as the sudden increase in competition between manufacturing companies, dictates the increase in the obligations of manufacturers to meet the increasingly complex requirements of users, in terms of ergonomics, comfort, safety, as well as environmental protection. Researchers have investigated the factors influencing the ergonomics of the vehicle interior which is very practical to improve safety and driving performance in addition, it can significantly reduce the development costs and the development cycle of new vehicle concepts, but the concept of ergonomics was not clearly articulated from a human perspective. This study aims to interpret the definition of ergonomics in the context of the interior of the vehicles and also in the study the influencing factors of the ergonomics of the index layer of the human-machine interaction interface, in the central console of the vehicle, are identified. The influencing factors are analyzed by creating and visualizing bibliometric networks in VOSViewer.

Work safety is an important area of business activity, particularly in industries with the most dangerous risks, such as mining, construction and energy. The aim is to reduce the number of accidents and increase employee awareness of occupational hazards and the principles of safe working practices. One of the most important ways to increase employee awareness and consequently reduce accidents is through training. The effectiveness of training is contingent on proper planning, design and preparation. Design thinking directed towards the use of teaching methods and tools is crucial. Properly planned training is part of the sustainability of companies, which consequently results in higher work safety due to its high efficiency. This article reviews the most common training methods in the area of work safety and evaluates them qualitatively and quantitatively using SWOT and multi-criteria analyses. These analyses can provide important guidance in the selection of training methods, regardless of the business sector. Based on the results obtained, effective training methods included those involving students: active training methods with elements of discussion and gamification, augmented and virtual reality, demonstrations and simulations. However, the best training results can be achieved by combining a number of training methods, while maintaining the right balance to achieve the intended training objectives. This is particularly important in businesses with specific activities such as mining, construction or energy.
