Occult Hepatitis B infection and immunity

Abstract: Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a major global problem despite the availability of an efficacious vaccine. In Chronic HBV infection, liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are associated with considerable morbidity and mortality.
