Occult Depressive Symptoms in Adolescent Emergency Department Patients

Abstract: Depressive symptoms occur frequently among adolescents and are often unrecognized. Efforts to increase awareness of depression among ED physicians, adolescents, and parents of adolescents may be beneficial.
