Occipital intermittent rhythmic delta activity (OIRDA) in pediatric focal epilepsies: A case series

Abstract: Highlights Occipital Intermittent Rhythmic Delta Activity (OIRDA) is seen in pediatric focal epilepsies. Spatial and temporal association is noted between OIRDA and other epileptiform discharges. Atypical or focal features of OIRDA may suggest a link to a focal epileptogenesis in these patients.
