OC09.03: The “pleasing factor gap”: sonographers (un‐)intentionally measure longer cervical length in the Triple P study, a preterm birth prevention trial

Abstract: Oral communication abstracts differences in QUS properties were found in nulliparous vs multiparous tissue, differences that were highly correlated with objective analysis of collagen alignment and organization in SHG images. Understanding these sources of biological variability is essential to development of useful methods for accurate cervical assessment.
