Obstructive uropathy after pan-proctocolectomy for ulcerative colitis.

Abstract: SUMMARY We report two cases of pan-proctocolectomy for ulcerative colitis who some time postoperatively developed an obstructive uropathy with the clinical and radiological features of retroperitoneal fibrosis.
