Abstract:Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a form of sleep-disordered breathing, is a significant health concern that leads to substantial morbidity. The collapse or occlusion of the upper airway, which results in reduced or cessation of airflow, is the pathophysiology of sleep apnea.
