Observation of multiple Bragg reflections accompanying forbidden Si(002) reflection in bent-perfect Si crystal

Abstract: Strong multiple Bragg reflections (MBRs) which can be realized in a bent-perfect-crystal (BPC) slab provide a monochromatic beam of excellent resolution parameters.
