“…La vidéocapsule est une méthode non invasive qui permet de visualiser les varices grêliques et duodénales, mais souvent sans pouvoir en préciser la localisation précise. Fix et al [3] ont rapporté trois cas d'hémorragie digestive inexpliquée qui ont pu être attribué à la rupture de varices mésentériques grêliques grâce à la vidéocapsule grêlique.
