Abstract:This case report presents the use of cone beam computed tomography for treatment planning of a nasopalatine defect requiring enucleation and bone grafting to replace the left maxillary central incisor with an implant. This procedure enables the implant to be placed in a position appropriate for successful osseointegration and produces outcomes that meet the esthetic and functional requirements of the anterior maxilla.
