Hodnotenie odolnosti dopravnej infraštruktúry je dôležitou súčasťou posudzovania rizík a neustáleho zvyšovania bezpečnosti hodnoteného prvku. Odolnosť je schopnosť prvku odolávať nepriaznivým javom, absorbovať ich a prispôsobiť sa im. Existuje mnoho prístupov k hodnoteniu odolnosti. Tak ako v každej oblasti, tak aj pri hodnotení odolnosti je vhodné vypracovať jednotnú metodiku hodnotenia odolnosti. takáto metodika môže zjednotiť vstupné a výstupné informácie a uľahčiť hodnotenie samotnej úrovne odolnosti. Doprava a dopravná infraštruktúra sú komplikované technické systémy, ktoré si vyžadujú osobitný prístup. Cieľom článku je analyzovať v súčasnosti dostupné metodiky používané pri hodnotení odolnosti a predstaviť návrh jednotnej metodiky špecifickej pre hodnotenie odolnosti dopravnej infraštruktúry.

Construction of infrastructure transportation such as toll roads in Indonesia remains a burden. This is due to the construction of roads that impact people's economic development, social life, and environmental sustainability. Plural found that the construction of toll roads caused conflict. The most significant problem is the land procurement process for toll road construction, including the construction of toll roads in West Sumatra that are more unique due to the land of Ulayat. This research aims to identify the development of Padang-Pekanbaru toll road building by online news portals of a specific period. Research methods are carried out with a quantitative approach with content analysis methods. The results explained that the development of Padang-Pekanbaru toll road is considered more dominant news from the government, and developers (75%) than news from the community (25%), and the category of content analysis is inference analysis.

At present, society is increasingly dependent on certain technologies, services, systems. The failure of such elements would have an impact on the functioning of the state and the very lives of the population. Such elements may be marked as critical if they meet the criteria set. The elements are assessed based on the sectoral and cross-cutting criteria of the country. The current threat is terrorism, which may jeopardize the functioning of critical infrastructure elements. It is, therefore, necessary to pay attention to their security. Security is closely related to concepts such as resilience and vulnerability. In some studies, these two terms are considered identical. The authors of this article consider these two terms as related. The article aims to analyze the approaches to these two concepts and to conclude what the two concepts are related to each other.
