Удосконалено метод теоретичного визначення направляючої сили з урахуванням дiї поперечних сил крипа та кута нахилу направляючої сили до вертикальної осi. Встановлено, що при визначеннi направляючої сили потрiбно перевiряти зазор мiж гребенем колеса та головкою рейки, що важко здiйснити без комп'ютерного моделювання. При визначеннi рамної сили на осi колiсної пари застосований комплексний пiдхiд, який враховує геометричнi нерiвностi рейкової колiї як у вертикальнiй, так i в горизонтальнiй площинi; поздовжнi та поперечнi сили крипа в точцi контакту «колесо-рейка»; вплив сумiжних колiсних пар вагона дизель-поїзда. Отримано залежностi рамної та направляючої сили вiд швидкостi руху екiпажу та величини амплiтуди горизонтальної нерiвностi рейкової колiї. Встановлено, що пiд час руху в прямiй дiлянцi колiї збiльшення швидкостi руху вiд 0 м/с до 50 м/с призводить до зростання числового значення рамної та направляючої сили вiдповiдно: 1-а колiсна пара-до 8,3 кН, 2-га колiсна пара-19,37 кН; 1-а колiсна пара-до 31,38 кН, 2-га колiсна пара-до 46,83 кН. Збiльшення амплiтуди горизонтальної нерiвностi рейкової колiї, яке є однiєю iз першопричин появи вимушених коливань надресорної будови транспортного екiпажу, також призводить до зростання числових значень сил взаємодiї рухомого складу з рейковою колiєю. Все це може призвести до пiдвищеного силового впливу колiсної пари на рейкову колiю та негативного впливу на основнi критерiї безпеки руху. Дослiджено вплив швидкостi руху екiпажу на величину поперечних сил крипа. Встановлено, що при збiльшеннi швидкостi руху екiпажу вiд 0 м/с до 50 м/с цi сили зростають в дiапазонi: I колiсна пара-вiд 0 до 15,75 кН; II колiсна пара-вiд 0 до 29,22 кН. Це говорить про неможливiсть нехтуванням поперечними силами крипа при визначеннi направляючої сили. Виконано порiвняння числових значень направляючої сили, визначених за рiзними методиками. Встановлено, що методика, яка використовується при проведеннi судових залiзнично-транспортних експертиз, дозволяє проводити нижню оцiнку виконання умови сходу колеса з рейки. При цьому розрахунки за формулою, яка була удосконалена у данiй роботi, дають можливiсть отримувати результати, найбiльш наближенi до реальних умов експлуатацiї. Проведено порiвняння експериментального та теоретичного розрахункового значення рамної сили на першiй колiснiй парi вагона дизель-поїзда, а також показано їх практичне спiвпадiння. For complex mechanical systems, to overcome design inconsistencies, it is becoming more and more necessary that product design system is effectively integrated with various analysis models and tools from multiple engineering domains at different design stages. In this article, a Holistic Product Design and Analysis Model, which is well supported by TopDown design method, is conceptualized to define design and analysis integration at different levels, which will help enhance engineering design and analysis interoperability and integrate the design methods and analysis tools across multiple engineering domains. It is based on four design levels: system, subsystem, machine and component designs; at each level, design and analysis models are integrated under a Generalized Multirepresentation Architecture supporting design, analysis and optimization appropriately. For cross-level integration from top to bottom, the design models are transferred and mapped with more structural and geometric details, while analysis models obtain more detailed design constraints from the top levels. This new architecture has been developed and demonstrated with an application in a railway vehicle system design, although its optimization components have not been fully implemented. This model can be used for general mechanical product system design.

Recently, in the era of low carbon and green growth, the importance of railway transportation is being emphasized However, there is a lack of research on simulation for railway depot. This paper presents the development of the dynamic simulator for LRT(Light Rail Transit) depot. This study presents explanations of requirement analysis, architecture, database design, simulation algorithm, and design and development of the simulation tool. The dynamic LRT depot simulation tool consists of four modules; a Network Editor to create and modify information regarding railroad, train, signal, turnout, job and station, a Simulator to calculate train movement algorithm, a Reporter to show simulation results in table and graphs, and an Animator to animate simulation results dynamically. It is hoped that this study on general details of structure, design and development of LRT depot dynamic simulator will perform as a good reference to future development of new simulation tools.
