Obesity following kidney transplantation and steroid avoidance immunosuppression

Abstract: Obesity is an important co-morbidity within end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and renal transplant populations. Previous studies have suggested that chronic corticosteroids result in increased body weight post-transplant.
