Abstract: Introducción: los principales marcadores de autoinmunidad en diabetes mellitus tipo 1 (DM1) son los que presentan especificidad hacia: glutamato decarboxilasa (GADA), tirosina fosfatasa 2 asociada a insulinoma (IA-2A) y la isoforma 8 del trasportador de zinc (ZnT8A).
