Abstract:A hemorragia pós-parto (HPP) é uma das principais causas de mortalidade materna global, afetando cerca de 5% dos partos. Esta condição é frequentemente provocada pela atonia uterina, responsável por aproximadamente 70% dos casos, e é exacerbada por fatores de risco como episiotomia e anestesia geral.
