Abstract: Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é compreender a configuração, em terras coloniais, da cultura jurídica criminal com vinculação à economia da graça em fins do século XVIII. O estudo é realizado a partir dos autos de livramento crime encontrados entre os anos 1777 e 1800 na vila de Curitiba.
