Abstract

The work focuses on the decolonization process and how it is seen in today's society, bringing its problems involving the colonization process of Brazil, legal thought and prejudices rooted due to patriarchy. Furthermore, authors such as Anibal Quijano, Dierle Nunes, Alexandre Bahia and others were used for the bibliography, putting their perceptions before what is discussed throughout the years of colonization until today, in the modern capitalist society.
