O Contexto De Trabalho E Os Fatores Intervenientes Ao Consumo De Pesquisa Por Enfermeiros Assistenciais*

Abstract: Objetivo: compreender, na perspectiva de enfermeiros assistenciais e pesquisadores, as influências que o contexto de trabalho exerce sobre o consumo de pesquisa por enfermeiros assistenciais. Metodologia: pesquisa qualitativa cujos referenciais teórico e metodológico foram a Teoria da Complexidade e a Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados.
