Abstract:The search for sustainable development has always been the target of clashes in the model assumed by today's society. In this sense, it is assumed that the Catholic Church can contribute decisively to this discussion, since, as an institution with more than 2000 years of existence, it has a legacy of socio-environmental teachings that permeate its missionary action in the world.
