Nutritional and genetic variation in a core set of Ethiopian Tef (Eragrostis tef) varieties

Abstract: Background Tef (Eragrostis tef) is a tropical cereal domesticated and grown in the Ethiopian highlands, where it has been a staple food of Ethiopians for many centuries.
