“…Furthermore, considering that eating behavior deviations can be a symptom of various psychological disorders, in particular depression (APA, 2013), adequate interventions could be helpful from the point of view of prevention of these disorders. Research indicates links between the characteristics of person's diet and the ability to resist stress (Yau & Potenza, 2013), depression (Opie et al 2017) and other psychical and psychological disorders (Grajek et al 2022).
