Nutrition and behavior change: a review of recent literature

Abstract: Purpose of reviewThe current article will highlight recent trends and novel approaches to behavior change strategies in nutrition. Physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals play key roles in counseling patients on lifestyle change, which is critical for patients with chronic conditions.
