Nutraceutical Potential of Seed and Grain Proteins in Health Promotion

Abstract: In recent years, seed and grain proteins with nutritional bioactivity have been studied for disease prevention and treatments. Seed and grains are key components of a healthy and balanced diet which support the protective role of bioactive proteins with nutraceutical activities.
