Abstract: Objective: To identify nursing diagnoses and interventions related to patients with chronic wound produced by a specific system in primary and secondary care. Method: Descriptive study conducted between July and October 2022. We used data from the Systematization of Nursing Care in Wounds–anagerial (SAEFg) system.
