“…Empirically, it is viewed that perceived organizational support surges employees' perceptions about the greater input made by organizations is higher in rewarding them. Otherwise, Li, Zhang, Yan, Wen, and Zhang (2020) opine that whether an organization will or not reward the input made by itself to employees is sometimes assessed by perceived organizational support. Empirically, an indication from previous studies establishes that perceived organizational support is influenced and associated with employee satisfaction (Putsom & Sattayawaksakul, 2019) leading to employee performance.…”

Similarly, job satisfaction is a well‐identified mediator and an antecedent of contextual performance (Li et al., 2020), lending support to study it as a mediator between perceived organizational support and contextual performance. Consequently, we assume that perceived organizational support is positively associated with contextual performance through job satisfaction.…”

“…Robots can implement non‐nursing tasks, allowing registered nurses to perform more complex professional tasks (Norful et al, 2017). This would also increase nurses’ perceived job control, which enhances their overall job satisfaction (Li, Zhang, Yan, Wen, & Zhang, 2020). We define overall job satisfaction as the overall positive assessment on a nursing job.…”

“…Overall job satisfaction reflects the overall positive assessment of a job (Falatah & Conway, 2019; Rajamohan, Porock, & Chang, 2019). This assessment offers nurses a positive prospect of working as nurses, and therefore can effectively reduce the intention to leave a nursing job (Falatah & Conway, 2019; Li et al, 2020). Hence, we hypothesize: H5: Overall job satisfaction is negatively related to professional turnover intention.…”
